• All returns must be made within 7 days of order delivery.
• The product must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Handwoven or customized jute rugs may not be eligible for return.

After inspection and acceptance of the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping charges are generally not included in the refund if the product is returned in good condition.

If your order is defective or the wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

We will either send a replacement product or issue a full refund.
